Shipping Policy

We currently ship several pin codes in the Delhi/NCR region, fulfilled by our shipping partner ZFW. If you are located outside of our shipping area, please contact us to see if we can accommodate your order.

Shipping Time

Our shipping cut-off time is 3PM IST. Orders up to 3PM will be delivered same day while all orders after 3PM will be shipped the next day.

Shipping Costs

No delivery charges on orders above Rs 1299 per order. Below Rs 1299 per order, shipping cost will be calculated based on the order quantity and value which can be viewed during the checkout process before you place your order.

Cancellations

All pre-paid orders are not eligible for a refund on cancellation. In case you wish to modify or cancel a prepaid order, a credit voucher equivalent to the amount will be issued which you can use against future orders.

Tracking Information

We will send you an SMS with tracking information once your order has shipped. You can also view your order status and tracking information in your account on our website.

Proof of delivery

For security reasons, we require a signature and photograph of the package upon delivery for all the orders.

Delivery Address

Please make sure to provide a correct and complete delivery address. We cannot be responsible for lost or undeliverable packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Return Eligibility

We only accept returns in the following situations:

1. If you have received a product that is different from what you ordered, you must email us within 4 hours of receipt of the product & let us know, so that we can handle your return request. To be eligible for return, your product must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.

2. if the product is damaged you can send us an email/whatsapp within 4 hours of receipt of the product. We may require proof in the form of photograph of the damaged product.

Exchanges

We do not exchange products unless they are defective or damaged.
